Heirloom tomatoes, baby round courgettes and a bunch of basil were the basis of dinner last Wednesday, cooked until just softened and spooned over pasta. Despite the abundance of rain, it feels like summer.

ReplyDeleteYUM. It looks like summer as well as having tasted like it. I do think much of our feeling of season is about what we eat. I have been steadfastly eating salads for the past few weeks, come rain or shine.
