Lavender's blue, dilly dilly, lavender's green,When I am king, dilly, dilly, you shall be queen.
A warm but grey Sunday afternoon spent amidst a sea of purple and grey-green, snipping stalks of French lavender to hang in my city bedroom to the lazy murmuring of the bees. Peaceful.
Ooh sounds lovely. I need to buy some lavender for my bedroom.

ReplyDeleteOhh, how beautiful. Lavender is my favourite summer scent. It doesn't much like our climate here in Scotland but I always have to have lavender in my garden, even if it means replanting it every few years. Thanks for these heavenly photos.
